We read it, and if anything is unclear we call or text you rather than guessing. Where we can tell what the problem likely is from your description, we will say so up front, including when it sounds like something you can fix yourself in five minutes without paying anyone.
When we come out, the estimate on site is free and you see the number before any work starts.
